Home Health Program, a service offered by Catholic Community Services in Southeastern Arizona is a Medicare licensed agency serving most of southwestern Cochise County. We provide intermittent skilled services in the home and accept most insurance.

With a professional staff of nine registered nurses, two physical therapist, and an occupational therapist we provide a wide range of services in the home setting.
