Catholic Social Service Immigration and Citizenship Program

Our program and staff are accredited by the Board of Immigration Appeals.  We are not lawyers. Our office is located at 140 West Speedway, Tucson, Arizona. It has been serving metropolitan Tucson and Southern Arizona since 1982.

Bilingual (Spanish and English) accredited representatives are available.

We are fee-based and try to keep our services affordable. We have no funding to subsidize with government fees.

We process all immigration and citizenship forms, so clients do not need to bring forms. For most petitions, we take the required immigration or citizenship photographs.  Appoinmnets are given, as accredited personnel is available.

We can help you with:

Ø  Family-Based Immigration and Adjustment to Lawful Permanent Residency

(
The immigration law that allows a qualifying immediate relative, spouse, parent, son or daughter, to legalize a qualifying immediate relative.) Depending on your case, the petitioning relative must be either a Lawful Permanent Resident (green card) or an American citizen

Ø  Citizenship by Naturalization.

For those qualifying green card holders already eligible to apply for American citizenship.
