MERILAC LODGE
A licensed group home
helping teen mothers under age 18. (Mothers 18 years of age and older, see Casa
Crianza below.)
Population
Merilac is open
to pregnant and parenting teen girls, under age 18. Both agency and private
referrals are welcome.
Location & Size
Merilac Lodge is a small, residential facility, in a quiet, mid-town, Tucson neighborhood. It
can house up to 7 teens and their babies.
Length of Stay
A resident may stay from anytime during her pregnancy and generally until
her baby is one year of age or beyond.

Licensing
Merilac Lodge is licensed through the Office of Behavioral Health Licensure
(BH-914) and receives referrals from DES, Department of Juvenile Corrections,
Juvenile Court, and Tribal Social Services.
