Elderly and adults with disabilities have an alternative to institutionalization at CCS-WAZ’s Daybreak Adult Day Health Care, a welcoming and structured day program with nursing services. Daybreak offers interactive and social activities to encourage cognitive stimulation/maintenance and social development. Exercises and nutritional services promote healthy aging. Daybreak provides community-based care, so that a loved one can remain in the home. Family caregivers receive respite time so that they can better care for themselves.
