Catholic Community Services Welcomes Kristin Mathieu as New Executive Director of Clinical Services


TUCSON, Ariz. - (September 23, 2024) - Catholic Community Services (CCS) is excited to announce the appointment of Kristin Mathieu, LMSW, as the new Executive Director of Clinical Services. Kristin brings over a decade of leadership and experience in behavioral health services to this vital role. Her extensive expertise and dedication to improving care for vulnerable populations align with CCS’s mission of creating hope and healing in our communities.

In her most recent role as Care Team Manager at Iora Health/One Medical Seniors, Kristin led clinical teams to deliver value-based primary care to seniors, ensuring operational excellence and compassionate service. Kristin’s previous leadership roles at Palo Verde Behavioral Health, Terros Health, and Banner Health showcase her deep commitment to developing programs prioritizing wellness, team development, and patient-centered care.

Kristin will oversee all clinical services at CCS, ensuring that individuals and families throughout Southern Arizona continue to receive compassionate, quality care. Kristin shared her enthusiasm for CCS: “I am honored to join the dedicated team at Catholic Community Services. I believe in the power of community and the importance of creating environments where individuals can heal and thrive. I aim to continue building upon CCS’s mission of providing hope and support to those who need it most, and I look forward to making a positive impact together.”
