Catholic Community Services of Southern Arizona Welcomes Stephanie Crawford as New Executive Director of Corporate Quality & Compliance


TUCSON, Ariz. - (April 2, 2025): Catholic Community Services of Southern Arizona (CCS) is pleased to announce the appointment of Stephanie Crawford as the new Executive Director of Corporate Quality & Compliance. With over 28 years of experience in the community mental health system and a demonstrated history of leadership, strategy, and operational excellence, Stephanie brings a wealth of expertise to her new role at CCS.

A Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) since 2004, Stephanie is known for her solution-oriented leadership and relentless commitment to improving program quality, effectiveness, and outcomes. She has a proven record of successfully building and managing cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and driving continuous process improvements. Her expertise spans risk management, quality improvement, compliance, and strategic planning — all essential to ensuring that CCS continues to provide high-quality, person-centered services across Southern Arizona.

In her most recent roles as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operations Officer at Community Health Associates, Stephanie directed operational and strategic initiatives that resulted in enhanced compliance, expanded services, and significant growth. She has led diverse teams across multiple locations and has been instrumental in improving outcomes through the implementation of innovative programs and policies.

In her new role, Stephanie will oversee corporate quality and compliance efforts across CCS programs, ensuring alignment with best practices, regulatory requirements, and CCS’s mission to serve the most vulnerable populations.
