Catholic Community Services Welcomes New COO, Terry Randolph, MA, LPC

TUCSON, Ariz. - September 24, 2024 - Catholic Community Services (CCS) is excited to announce the appointment of Terry Randolph, MA, LPC, as its new Chief Operating Officer. With over 25 years of executive leadership in operations, clinical care, and community healthcare program development, Randolph brings a wealth of experience to CCS, particularly in serving underserved populations and driving initiatives that improve health outcomes.

Randolph joins CCS at a time of significant growth and opportunity. Her proven leadership in behavioral health, program development, and quality assurance will be instrumental in advancing the organization’s mission of providing help, creating hope, and serving all. We are deeply committed to serving the community and confident that Terry's leadership will further strengthen this commitment.

“I am thrilled to be joining such a mission-driven organization at this pivotal and exciting time,” said Randolph. “The dedication to improving lives and making a meaningful impact in the community is inspiring, and I am eager to contribute to these efforts. With a strong focus on expanding behavioral health services, I look forward to applying my skills and expertise to drive innovative solutions, enhance care delivery, and meet the evolving needs of those we serve. Together, we will work toward achieving the key priorities that have been identified, ensuring we continue to grow, adapt, and make a lasting difference in the lives of individuals and families."

Elena Dwyre, CEO of CCS, expressed her enthusiasm about Randolph’s arrival, saying, "We are incredibly excited to welcome Terry to our leadership team. Her extensive experience and deep commitment to improving care for vulnerable populations will be vital as we expand our behavioral health services and strengthen our internal infrastructure. Terry’s leadership will help ensure that we remain focused on our mission while adapting to the evolving needs of our community."

Randolph has led numerous impactful initiatives, including developing a behavioral health program that reduced social isolation by 70% and implementing a resource coordination program that improved key health measures in marginalized communities. Her ability to apply data-driven strategies and foster a culture of continuous improvement aligns perfectly with CCS’s commitment to delivering high-quality care to those in need.

As CCS continues to expand its services, including a focus on behavioral health, Randolph’s leadership will play a critical role in guiding the organization toward even greater success.
